Vinyasa Flow
Flow yoga or movement with breath. The poses are synchronized with the breath in a continuous rhythmic flow. This class can be meditative in nature, calm the mind and nervous system. You will stay focused by “going with the flow”.

Power Yoga
Do you want to get your sweat on? This class will help build your cardiovascular endurance as well as strength and flexibility. The upbeat music and high energy will turn your yoga practice on to the next level. Bring the energy!

Restorative Yoga
No we are not napping… but its ok if you drift off every now and then. This class will lead you through 6-10 different poses using blocks, blankets and other props as you hold each pose for 5 minutes or longer. The focus of this class is to down regulate the nervous system as well as aid in stress relief and brain health. This is a time to chill out and de-stress.
