A Three Day Retreat to Relax, Rejuvenate, and Restore
Service Description
A full weekend to escape into the middle of the forest. The oasis of Trout Creek is grounding and uplifting. Find your sense of empowerment in a relaxing and rejuvenating environment. Using a kinesthetic approach we will explore strength, flexibility, and balance through movement both on the yoga mats and hiking trails. We will partner movement with breath work, mindfulness and relaxation through crystal sound bowls, massage and nature. You will have plenty of down time to enjoy the swimming holes, kayak, relax in the sauna and soaking tub in the bath house, or simply rest. Fueling our bodies with nutritious food, sleep and fresh air will be high priority as you reap the most out or your time and this special place.
